Dear Food Technologists and Researchers,

The theme for the congress is Future of Food: Innovation, Sustainability & Health. The scientific committee has divided the scientific program into the following concurrent themes and sub themes. 

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES: On arrival, ask at the registration desk for information on setting up your poster. All poster presenters must register and put their poster up in the allotted space during the allocated timeslot. Posters should be A0 sized and presented in portrait orientation. At the registration desk you will be provided with adhesive to attach the poster to the board. The presenter for the poster should be available to provide a verbal explanation of their presentation and answer delegates’ questions at the designated time in the programme to be announced soon.

ORAL SESSION GUIDELINES: Oral presentations are scheduled to take place during the Concurrent Sessions of the program. Please check the Programme Page for your timeslot. There will be a maximum of 7 sessions going on at the same time. Meeting rooms will be equipped with data projector, screen and a PC laptop. Each presenter has 15 min presentation time (12 min for presentation, 3 min for Questions and Answers). You may prepare your powerpoint slides in a 16:9 format or use the official template here.

REGISTRATION POLICY: It is the presenter's responsibility to assume all expenses associated with attendance. This includes travel, accommodation and registration.

All presenting authors must register for the Congress and pay the registration fee prior to 21 August, 2022. Please note that the presenting authors must be available from 31 Oct - 3 Nov 2022. Each author may make a maximum of 2 presentations in total (oral and/or poster). Should authors not be registered by 21 August, their presentations will be removed from the final program. Please note that this policy will be enforced in order to provide Congress participants with the best possible program.
